DIRECTIONS
Diffusion (3 months+): Add 4-6 drops to water in your diffuser.
Massage or bath (6 months+): Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to bath or massaging chest, arms or legs.
For 6 to 24 months: 1 drop to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil
For 24 months +: 4 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil
