OsmoLax is an osmotic laxative for effective relief of consipation. It works to restore the natural bowel rhythm by using orally taken fluids to hydrate and soften the stool so it is easier to pass. Osmolax generally produces a bowel movement in 1 to 3 days.

Add OsmoLax powder to any beverage (hot or cold), such as water, juice, soft drinks, coffee or tea. Stir until disolvedand then drink.
Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in the diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation.
