Count on this family favorite to soothe a variety of ailments like stuffy nose, flatulence and itch due to insect bites. Gently rub over the affected area to allow its herbal formulation to soothe headaches, stuffy nose and other discomforts quickly and effectively.

For Relief of Nasal Congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning. Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth. May be covered with a dry, soft cloth if desired.
For Temorary Relief of Aches & Pains: Apply to affected area 3 to 4 times daily. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed.
