Returns Policy

Returns & Delivery Policy

All products sold on the software comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us if the product(s) is : 

  • Faulty or is not as described
  • Significantly different to what is advertised
  • The product is unsafe
  • Not of acceptable quality

We reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer for further evaluation.

Damaged or Incorrect Products 

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products :

  • If your product arrives damaged
  • If the incorrect item was delivered 

You may be required to provide us with an image of the product in order to process a refund or replacement

Cancellations

We will endeavor to process your cancellation but not be able to do so if your order has been dispatched and you have changed your mind. 

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be offered for change of mind. Please read all descriptions and warnings for the product before purchasing.
