Adults: Take 1 or 2 Mintec capsules three times a day before meals, depending on the severity of your symptoms.
Do not break or chew the capsules. Swallow the capsules whole with water 30 minutes before meals.
Do not take Mintec immediately after a meal, or with a hot drink.
Not recommended for children or for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
