Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using. •Before insertion roll the earplugs between your fingers squeezing it until it is thin •Then place into the ear canal and wait so it expands •Make sure the end of the earplug is sticking outside the ear canal •Do not insert completely into the ear canal •Effectiveness check: Cup hands over the ears then move hands outwards. Should a noticable change in sound occur, check earplugs are properly inserted
